Acting for Film & TV – Fundamentals of the craft :
    These sessions focus on understanding the language of film, visual narrative, film production and the actor’s role within the industry.  You will be taken through a clear breakdown of what skills you are expected to develop in order to navigate your way successfully from preparation of the role through to the delivery of effective and vibrant performances on set.

    On-Camera Comedy :
    These practical workshops will explore a series of techniques which will help you become more comfortable with preparing for comedic character roles on film and deliver effective performances in television situational comedy productions.  You will become familiar with the range of comedic performance expectations on set and in casting and audition situations.

    On-Camera Commercial :
    Through a number of mock auditions you will explore all aspects of commercial acting in front of the camera.  Using commercial copy you will learn how to slate, cold read, present a prepared audition, improvise and follow direction.
    develop your technical abilities to perform in commercials.

    Audition Technique :
    These classes will address ways of improving audition skills for television and film.Through the development of cold reading technique and exercises in pre-read auditions, producer call-backs and screen tests, the instructor will illustrate the steps involved in ensuring the best result.  Scripts from film and television projects will be used in class as learning tools in the simulated audition exercises

    Show Reel :
    These sessions provide an opportunity for you to produce a show reel lasting One minute or less which will be edited and made available to you shortly after the end of the workshops.  The process will be treated as a professional production and will further enable you to hone in your skills in creating effective and engaging performances for the camera.

    Casting Director Workshop :
    This is an opportunity to receive first hand information and advice from a top Hollywood casting director.  This session will take the form of seminar /Q&A session.
